My husband and I enjoy quiet New Year’s Eve’s at home with bubbly and a great meal, something special that we wouldn’t have everyday. This year, I was inspired from our recent trip to Mario Batali’s Babbo in New York City, to re-create his signature Papperdelle Bolognese from the Babbo cookbook.
